We have been busy!

Emily has already had a busy summer. She took her first trip to New Jersey to meet Daddy's college roommate and family. Mommy and Emily traveled to Jackson to see Grammie and Grandpa while Daddy was away on business. She went strawberry and cherry picking with some friends. She also attended a few BBQs and it is only the beginning of July!

So what's up with Emily?

Well, quite a bit. She's been growing her hair out (John-Adrian says she has a mullet), rolling over constantly, and learning to love reading. And by reading I mean eating books. She's also become a lot more interactive- she moves things and interacts with them. And by interacts with them I mean she tries to eat them.

We know where our money will be going!

Looks like Emily knows where she will be going to college. We better start saving now. I wonder how much college will cost in 2025?

She's getting so big!

Emily is now two months old! We celebrated with a trip to the doctors were she got 3 shots. Jonathan did not want to come with us because he did not want Emily to hate him. :) She weighed 8 lbs. 15 oz. and was 22 3/4 inches long. She is getting so big. She is smiling and making the sweetest cooing sounds. Emily has discovered her new favorite thing- her hands! She sucks on her hands and loves to look at them. I am so thankful for the little girl God has entrusted into our care.
